computer system with the City of New York, Nassau and Suffolk
counties which gives us access to the City Register, County
Clerks and City Collectors records which gives our clientele
the most up to date information as it is made available.
Additionally, our website offers a wealth of information and
links to many agencies in the mortgage and real estate
industries.
We underwrite through nationally recognized underwriters and
enjoy such strong relationships with them that they are
extremely responsive to our needs and the needs of our
clients. This also gives us unlimited access to their
expertise in addition to the nearly sixty-five years combined
experience of our office staff. We employ a staff of examiners
in every county south of Albany and have virtually immediate
response time to most title orders and miscellaneous searches.
